Client Relations Center

If you’ve contacted your local banking specialist or the Client Call Center and were unable to get the information you need or satisfactorily resolve an account or service issue, please contact the Client Relations Center. The Client Relations Center focuses on more sensitive communications including escalation of client complaints and conflict resolution.

Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac Escalated Cases

Escalated concerns on a Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac mortgage loan may be directed to the Client Relations Center. This may include concerns surrounding a previous Foreclosure Alternative review decision, timelines involving foreclosure action or an evaluation response, or specific complaints regarding a previous issue that you feel has not been satisfactorily resolved.

Office of the Ombudsman

The Office of the Ombudsman offers an independent, objective opportunity to work through difficult conflicts or complaint situations. Working primarily with parties who have exhausted other means of discussion or negotiation, the Ombudsman carefully investigates the facts of a dispute, ensures everyone involved receives an impartial hearing in an open forum, and provides non-binding recommendations for fair resolution. These services are provided free of charge and are held in strict confidence. If you have a situation requiring review, please contact the Office of the Ombudsman.
