RBC Centura is excited about the recent acquisition of Alabama National BanCorporation (ANB). Subject to necessary regulatory approvals,
ten different financial institutions owned by ANB will convert to RBC Centura
Bank in two phases — April and June 2008. Upon completion of these
mergers, RBC Centura will expand to more than 430 banking center and
ATM locations across the Southeast.
